Teagarden Jazz Festival Band Registration Form

  • Band packets will be sent to this address.
  • Registration forms received first with payment will receive highest priority.
  • Jazz Club / Private Bands will be placed into a grade-level performance venue based on the current grade level of the oldest musician. Jazz Club/ Private Bands must include combo personnel information with registration form to assure accurate placement in grade- appropriate division. An updated Tune/ Soloist form will be required upon band check-in.

    • New! The online Tune/Soloist form must be completed by February 1. If you have problems completing this online form, please contact Yvonne Au, yvonne@sacjef.org
    • Combo Personnel - Only nine performers on-stage at one time.
    • 3 Song Titles - 25 minutes for entry, setup, announcements, performance, and exit allowed.

    • Combo fee is $150 for a single band until December 15th
    • Additional Combos at $125 until December 15th
    • Late Registration of $250 per combo until January 10th
    • You can pay with your PayPal account or credit card via PayPal, both of which are available online or by phone, or you may make your check or money order payable to: SacJEF (with Teagarden Jazz Festival on the memo line) and mail completed form and payment to:
