Jazz Club / Private Bands will be placed into a grade-level performance venue based on the current grade level of the oldest musician. Jazz Club/ Private Bands must include combo personnel information with registration form to assure accurate placement in grade- appropriate division. An updated Tune/ Soloist form will be required upon band check-in.

• Combo Personnel - Only nine performers on-stage at one time.
• 3 Song Titles - 25 minutes for entry, setup, announcements, performance, and exit allowed.

• Combo fee is $150 for a single band until December 15th
• Additional Combos at $125 until December 15th
• Late Registration of $250 per combo until January 10th
