Student band performances and onstage feedback clinics take place in Capistrano Hall (Sac State School of Music) in 3 performance venues: 

Capistrano Concert Hall (CCH), Room 143 and Room 151

DAYTIME

  • 8:00 AM – Band Performances begin in Capistrano Concert Hall (CCH) & Rm 151
  • 8:45 AM – Band Performances begin in Room 143
  • 11:45 AM – LUNCH BREAK – PIZZA SERVICE BEGINS in Room 143: pizza meals/beverages $6 (complimentary for band directors and student musicians) -JAZZ ‘N’ PIZZA JAM with HS Host Band TNT
  • 12:30 PM – Band Performances Resume
  • 4:15 PM – Band Performances End

EVENING

The following events take place in Capistrano Concert Hall

  • 4:15 – 4:45 PM – JAZZ WORKSHOP with guest artist Gunhild Carling
  • 4:45 – 5-30 PM – ENCORE BAND PERFORMANCES
  • 4:50 PM – Middle School
  • 5:00 PM – High School Room 151
  • 5:10 PM – High School CCH
  • 5:20 PM – College
  • 5:30 – 5:55 PM – AWARDS
  • 6:00 PM – GUEST ARTIST CLOSING CONCERT with FESTIVAL CLINICIANS
